This policy describes how Bemuko LLC (“Bemuko”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit bemuko.games, email us, or play our games. Each game also has its own privacy policy with the details specific to that game:

1. This website

bemuko.games is a simple, static website. It uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Your language choice (English/Turkish) is remembered only in your own browser’s local storage and is never sent to us.

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records technical logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept for a short period by the provider and are not used to identify you.

2. When you email us

If you write to us (for support, a deletion request, “notify me” or business), we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to answer you and keep it as long as needed to handle your request — at most 24 months — unless the law requires longer. We never add you to a marketing list without your clear permission.

3. Our games

Our games are designed to work without an account. They may collect anonymous gameplay statistics, process purchases through the app stores and, where enabled, show ads. The exact data, partners and choices are listed in each game’s own privacy policy.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run our games and website (such as hosting, email, analytics and app stores), under their own privacy terms, or when the law requires it.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

We rely on our legitimate interests (running and securing the site, answering messages, improving games), on your consent (e.g. personalised ads) and on legal obligations where they apply.

6. International transfers

Bemuko LLC and some of our providers are based in, or process data in, the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Turkey’s KVKK and similar laws), you may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We do not discriminate against you for using your rights. Email support@bemuko.games — we answer within 30 days.

8. Children

Our website and games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We keep the data we hold to a minimum and limit access to it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the current version.

1. Bu web sitesi

bemuko.games basit, statik bir web sitesidir. Çerez, analitik veya reklam takipçisi kullanmaz. Dil seçimin (İngilizce/Türkçe) yalnızca kendi tarayıcının yerel depolamasında tutulur ve bize gönderilmez.

Her web sitesinde olduğu gibi barındırma sağlayıcımız, siteyi sunmak ve kötüye kullanıma karşı korumak için teknik kayıtları (IP adresi, tarayıcı türü, istenen sayfa, zaman) otomatik olarak tutar. Bu kayıtlar sağlayıcı tarafından kısa süre saklanır ve seni tanımlamak için kullanılmaz.

2. Bize e-posta gönderdiğinde

Bize yazdığında (destek, silme talebi, “haber ver” veya iş birliği için) e-posta adresini ve mesajında paylaştıklarını alırız. Bunları yalnızca sana cevap vermek için kullanır, talebini sonuçlandırmak için gerektiği sürece — en fazla 24 ay — saklarız; yasa daha uzun süre gerektirirse o süre geçerlidir. 3. Oyunlarımız

5. Hukuki dayanaklar

7. Hakların

Yaşadığın yere göre (KVKK, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA ve benzeri yasalar) verilerine erişmeyi, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya aktarılmasını isteyebilir, işlemeye itiraz edebilir ya da kısıtlanmasını talep edebilir, verdiğin rızayı geri çekebilirsin. Yerel veri koruma kurumuna da şikâyette bulunabilirsin. Haklarını kullandığın için sana farklı davranmayız. support@bemuko.games adresine yaz — 30 gün içinde cevap veririz.

8. Çocuklar

Sitemiz ve oyunlarımız genel kitle için yapılmıştır; 13 yaş (veya ülkendeki asgari yaş) altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız; topladığımızı fark edersek sileriz.

9. Güvenlik

Site HTTPS üzerinden sunulur. Tuttuğumuz veriyi en aza indirir ve erişimi sınırlarız. Hiçbir aktarım veya saklama yöntemi %100 güvenli değildir, ancak verilerini korumak için makul önlemleri alırız.
