Delete your data

Our games don’t use accounts, so there is no account to close. Most of your data lives only on your phone; a small amount of anonymous gameplay statistics is stored by our analytics provider.

Delete data on your device

Uninstall the game, or clear its storage (Android: Settings → Apps → Picnic Fit → Storage → Clear storage). This removes your progress, settings and the random player ID.

Delete analytics data we hold

Open the game’s Settings screen and note the version number (and player ID, if shown).
Email support@bemuko.games with the subject “Data deletion request”, the game name and those details.
We confirm by email and delete the data linked to that ID within 30 days.

What is deleted, what is kept

Anonymous gameplay events and player ID (analytics)	Deleted within 30 days of your request; otherwise deleted automatically after at most 14 months
Purchase records	Kept by Google Play / App Store under their policies; we keep no payment details
Your emails to us	Deleted with your request, unless we must keep them by law

Oyunlarımızda hesap yoktur, dolayısıyla kapatılacak bir hesap da yoktur. Verilerinin çoğu yalnızca telefonunda durur; küçük miktarda anonim oyun istatistiği analitik hizmet sağlayıcımızda saklanır.

Cihazındaki verileri sil

Oyunu kaldır veya depolama alanını temizle (Android: Ayarlar → Uygulamalar → Picnic Fit → Depolama → Depolamayı temizle). Bu işlem ilerlemeni, ayarlarını ve rastgele oyuncu kimliğini siler.

Bizdeki analitik verileri sil

Oyunun Ayarlar ekranını aç, sürüm numarasını (gösteriliyorsa oyuncu kimliğini de) not et.
support@bemuko.games adresine “Data deletion request” konulu, oyunun adını ve bu bilgileri içeren bir e-posta gönder.
E-postayla onaylar, o kimliğe bağlı verileri 30 gün içinde sileriz.
